Attaching additional info (i.e. DirectX Diagnostic (dxdiag), screenshots, log files, and crash dumps will expedite our response to your issue.   3. For urgent issues, you can contact Support at 650.433.4000 (option 1). Support will ask you for the additional information from step 2, so it is a good idea to send that into support before calling. Phone support is available Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm PST excluding the Holidays listed below.
